What it is
The other talk people cite. Where Crossing the River teaches the method, Situation Normal makes the argument for why strategy as practised is broken — that most corporate strategy is meme-following dressed as analysis, and that the absence of situational awareness is why. It is the more rhetorical, more quotable of the two.
