What it is
Wardley's own current site and the correct canonical entry point in 2026 — more so than the Medium publication or the old blog. Its resources page (https://www.swardleymaps.com/resources.html — verified) is a hand-curated list of what he himself endorses: Learn Wardley Mapping (Ben Mosior), WardleyMaps.com (Chris Daniel), OnlineWardleyMaps, MapKeep, the MAP-REPOSITORY, plus a reading list of derivative books (The Value Flywheel Effect, Flow Architectures, The Platform Handbook, GCHQ's Boiling Frogs, Better for Less). The events page (https://www.swardleymaps.com/events.html — verified) describes Map Camp as "the bi-annual conference on strategic mapping" and points to a Wardley Mapping Discord.
Limitations
Its resources page still links MapKeep, which ceased operations 30 May 2026 (see Dead or Dying). /community.html returns 404 — the site's own navigation has broken links. His "current affiliation" is not stated anywhere on the site beyond the limited company; he is described externally as independent (see the June 2026 API Evangelist interview at https://conversations.apievangelist.com/store/2026-06-19-simon-wardley/ — unverified).
