The Wardley Mapping Canvas
Learning Low activity reference / template
What it is
A single-sheet worksheet that walks a first-time mapper through the process in order: define purpose and scope, identify users and their needs, build the value chain, then assess evolution across Genesis / Custom / Product / Commodity. It exists as a printable JPG, an Excalidraw library, and in a form that drops cleanly into Miro and Mural. It is the artefact most workshop facilitators actually put in front of people, because it removes the blank-canvas problem that kills most first mapping attempts.
Limitations
Version 0.1.0 with no release cadence; no SVG or PDF in the repo (only JPG and the Excalidraw library), so print quality at A0 is limited. Doesn't cover climate, doctrine or gameplay — it stops at "you have a map."
